What is Attraction Marketing?
Attraction marketing is nothing new. Whenever you saw an add in a newspaper or anywhere, it was meant to attract customers. Even the windows in a shop are designed to attract customers. Shop owners don’t stand outside and grab their customers and drag them inside to try to sell them something. There is a need and if they offer what is needed, people will buy.
Now there definitely is a need for business opportunities! The economy is bad and people are actively searching for an alternative. The challenge is to make them seek out just you!
Haven’t we all dreamt of being just like that shop owner just sitting there in his shop and customers come in and buy? That’s why more people dream of having their own cafe than having a network marketing business. We don’t want to push our stuff onto people, we want them to come to us! That is what Attraction Marketing is all about. And that is the way it should be.
You just have to have your shop window nicely decorated to make people come to you. A virtual shop window. Have a window on any site where you can put up information for free.
Use You Tube Facebook MySpace Zenzuu Squidoo Twitter Yuwie WordPress Blog , sites where you can publish articles and so on. All of these sites are free to join and you can put up your content there, and people will find you.
The way is to provide what people are looking for. Most people searching for a new way to earn a living don’t have much experience as a business owner. They need guidance. They need to become an entrepreneur and therefore they need a new frame of mind. Robert Kiyosaki talks about that shift in thinking in his book “Rich Dad, Poor Dad”. We are used to think as an employee and that is not going to get us anywhere. We need to know where to invest our time and money and how to act and think like an entrepreneur.
So, provide help and useful information and you will attract people to your business.
